We do not collect real patient information. All case data is fictional and intended solely for educational purposes.

  • Enhance our simulations using aggregate behavioral data
  • Generate AI-driven educational content
  • Monitor service reliability and fix bugs

We do not use your data for advertising or resale.

3. AI & Simulation-Specific Use

Our platform uses AI (e.g., OpenAI's models) to generate educational content, case simulations, and feedback.

  • Your interactions and decisions in simulations are stored to:
    • Improve future case quality
    • Enable dynamic learning paths
    • Allow for advanced reasoning tracking

These are only used internally and never exposed to the public.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Your data is stored on Supabase and Replit DB, with processing routed through OpenAI APIs.
  • We use encryption in transit and access restrictions to keep your data safe.

However, no system is 100% secure, and users should use our Services at their own discretion.

5. International Users

While our core user base includes India, the US, and Singapore, our services are accessible globally.

We comply with regional laws including:

  • EU GDPR
  • US CCPA/CPRA
  • India's DPDP Act (2023)

6. Emails & Notifications

We currently send emails only for essential transactional purposes, such as:

  • Sign-up confirmations
  • Subscription receipts
  • Account support

We do not send promotional emails, newsletters, or marketing messages at this time.

7. Data Access & Deletion

Currently, we do not offer in-app account deletion or data export.

However, users may contact us at support@kedocen.com to:

  • Request deletion of their data
  • Inquire about what personal data is stored

We will respond in goodwill and process such requests manually.

8. Age Restrictions

Our platform is intended strictly for medical professionals and students aged 18 or older.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and third-party tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to:

  • Analyze platform usage

  • Debug issues and monitor growth

Welcome to Kedocen! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our medical simulation platform, services, and associated content ("Service" or "Platform"). By accessing or using Kedocen, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Kedocen is operated by a sole proprietorship based in Nagaland, India and will soon transition to Kedocen Private Limited. The platform is designed exclusively for medical professionals and students for educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • The Service is intended only for licensed healthcare professionals and students in the medical field.

3. Educational Use Only

Kedocen is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The simulations are generated by AI and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. The content must never be used to diagnose or treat real-world patients. You agree not to rely on Kedocen for clinical decision-making.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your name, email, phone number, alma mater, and professional status.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Kedocen currently offers an Elemental Pack on a monthly subscription basis.
  • You may cancel anytime, but no refunds will be issued for any portion of the billing cycle.

6. Use of Platform & Content

  • You may take screenshots or record screen content for educational or social media sharing.
  • Users are permitted to publicly feature Kedocen content with a clear disclaimer that it is property of Kedocen.
  • Institutions may use the service under a shared account if authorized.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, simulations, designs, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of Kedocen. Unauthorized use, modification, or resale is strictly prohibited.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

  • We collect user data including name, contact, academic/professional affiliation, behavior logs, simulation inputs/outputs, and usage metrics.
  • Data is stored using Supabase and Replit DB. AI case generation uses OpenAI.
  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete data practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kedocen is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or damages (direct or indirect) arising from use of the app, including for educational institutions.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or use the Service for unintended or unethical purposes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
